Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 6, 2026
Xperience Edu ("we," "us," or "our") operates xperienceedu.com, a site designed for international students and their families exploring high school programs in the USA and Canada. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how we use data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide: When you submit an inquiry or student assessment form, we collect your name, email address, country of origin, and program preferences. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and match you with appropriate programs.
- Analytics data (with your consent): If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our site — such as which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. This helps us improve the experience for students worldwide.
2. Cookies & Consent Mode
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. This means:
- By default, all tracking cookies are denied until you make a choice using the cookie banner.
- If you click Accept, Google Analytics is enabled and we collect anonymized usage data to improve our site.
- If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set and no tracking data is collected from your visit.
- Your preference is saved in your browser's local storage and respected on future visits. You can change it at any time by clearing your browser data.
We use only one analytics property (Measurement ID: G-RPKC92700X) for this student site. No data is shared with or transferred to our separate partner portal or any other third-party tracking system.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to student and parent inquiries about our programs
- To match students with suitable schools, programs, and host families
- To improve our website content and user experience
- To understand which countries and programs attract the most interest
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
4. Data Sharing
We share information only with trusted partners directly involved in delivering your program — such as accredited partner schools and vetted host families — and only with your knowledge and as necessary to fulfill your enrollment. Google Analytics data is shared with Google LLC under their standard data processing terms. We do not share personal data with any other third parties.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & Global Privacy)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Info@XperienceEdu.com.
6. Data Retention
Inquiry and form submission data is retained for as long as needed to manage your student placement and for up to 3 years afterward for record-keeping purposes. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, as configured in our Google Analytics property.
7. Students Under 18
Our programs serve students who may be under 18. We encourage parents and guardians to review this policy and contact us with any questions. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data without parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
